I am very thankful for everything God has done for me. Especially when it comes to healing. A few years back I was in an accident where I was burnt with cooking oil and fire (the cooking oil caught fire). I sustained second degree burns on my legs and third degree burns on my feet (the boiling cooking oil landed on my feet).
I was rushed to the emergency room where they gave me a morphine shot and some pain killers, oh and cream for the burns. I was told that I will have scars and I won't be able to walk for quite a few months.
This happened just after my wife and I decided to give everything to God. I didn't understand why this happened but didn't question God at all, because I knew that everything works together for good to those who love him Rom 8:28. I couldn't walk and was bedridden for the foreseeable future. I couldn't get into the bath to clean myself. My wife would help me to the bathroom and then wash me (as romantic as this sounds, it hurt like hell). After about an hour she would put the cream on the burnt areas and dress all the wounds.
My wife and I prayed constantly and so did my family. After a week I went to my GP and he told me that I must be careful not to contract gangrene or septicemia. At this stage I was starting to become a little worried about what people was telling me.
I recovered completely with no scars to show for it. I was up and walking again in 1 months time. God healed me miraculously and I give Him all the praise. Afterwards I understood this "If what the world is telling you differs from what God told you, do not believe the world".
Blessings

Do Miracles still happen?
A lot of people think that miracles do not happen anymore. The pace of living increases everyday and people are so busy that they do not have time for spiritual things or to even think of miracles. I am a firm believer in miracles. They happen everyday all around us.
When you think of a miracle you are thinking of something big, like having only one leg and the missing leg grows back instantly before your eyes or if your one leg is shorter than your other, seeing the shorter leg grow the same length.
We never think that the mere fact that we are breathing on our own is a miracle or for a women to bare a child is a miracle. We are always waiting for this big miracle to happen before we believe. I know that a lot of us need a big miracle, especially in these difficult financial times.
If you do not believe that God can perform a miracle in your life, what is the chance that it will happen.
This blog is dedicated to miracles big and small and to the God that makes them happen.
Please write of any miracles that have happened in your life.
